  • Purpose

    • The purpose of the Live Your A-Game 30-Day Competition is to provide a SIMPLE and LOW COMMITMENT way to help guys develop the habits for overall better health and increase health span and longevity. The competition and awards are only incentives. The real reward is knowing you are building a life that is flourishing and growing to your fullest potential.

  • $40 Entry Fee

  • Pre-Game Huddle Sunday Jan 4th

    • At this Zoom Session will go over the guidelines for the 2026 competition.

  • Competition starts Monday, Jan 6th 2026.

  • Score Sheet

    • Below you will find the stat sheet we used in 2025 and a description of the activities. Each activity that you complete will give you points that qualify you for the weekly drawings and accumulate to qualify you to be in the overall Platinum Division.

  • Books:

    • The Blue Zones (Dan Buchner); can watch Netflix documentary

    • Eat, Move, Sleep (Tom Rath)

    • The Telomere Effect (Elizabeth Blackburn, Elisa Epel)

  • How this Works:

1) Print out the updated 2026 stat sheet

2) Daily mark the appropriate box as you complete

3) Add up your total score from the week and put the total in the space marked “Total for Week 1”

4) Enter your score in the Google Form that will be provided

5) Be in attendance at the online Huddle to see if you win (encouraged but not mandatory)

  • Weekly Drawings: (From 2025)

    • To qualify for the Weekly Drawings, you must have a minimum 1,500 points for that week. 1,500 points = 1 entry. Every additional 1,000 pts gives you another entry. Example, if you score 4,500 points, you will have 4 entries for that weeks drawings.

    • The Weekly Drawings Points reset each week.

  • Platinum Division: (From 2025)

    • To qualify for the Platinum Division, you must have a minimum of 10,000 pts. accumulated for the month. 10,000 points = 1 entry and every additional 2,000 pts gives you another entry. Example: If your total accumulated score is 16,000, you will have 4 entries for the Platinum Division Drawing. Last year’s Platinum Division drawing Awards included a Turtlebox Speaker and a Yeti Bag Cooler.

    • The Platinum Champion will be the one who has the highest number of points accumulated for the month. Others in the Platinum Division will be qualified for the Platinum Division drawing Awards.

  • Online Huddle Meetings (8:30 pm Jan. 14th, 21st, and Feb. 4th):

    • These are Not Mandatory to participate in the overall competition, but as you will see, you get points for attending. Also, you must be present at that week’s Huddle to be awarded at the Weekly Drawing.

    • Online via Zoom at 8:30 pm CT. Meetings will last around 30 min. Here, we will conduct the update the leaderboard, have the weekly drawings, and enjoy short conversations around building healthy habits. These meetings are a great way to stay encouraged and also learn from and motivate each other, so I hope you can join.

    • Dates and times of Weekly Huddles - 8:30 pm Jan. 14th, 21st, and Feb. 4th

Don't get overwhelmed by trying to do it all. The main focus is to begin with attainable activities and attempt to do them consistently. If you fall off the horse, dust yourself off and get back on.
