The 30-Day Challenge is a program that allows you to take advantage of as much or as little accountability and community as you’d like.   • Weekly Zoom Training Sessions with Coach Mako and other members of the 30-Day Challenge Community to help you learn more and stay on track (Monday’s at 5:00 pm: January 23, 30, February 6, 13, 20

  • One month membership to The Locker Room (the members only Facebook Group)
